STYLE SAVES HOLIDAY GIVEBACK

Our annual Holiday Giveback celebration adapted in order to comply with safety regulations, as the wellbeing and safety of our community continues to be our priority.

This 2020 holiday season, we turned our HQ offices into Santa’s workshop. Counting with the support from our volunteers and donors of the community; local hair salons, as well as toy-drive GROOT Hospitality held in their restaurants; Style Saves was able to safely distribute over 200 gift bags throughout the month of December. Families that scheduled pick-ups were invited to take their holiday card pictures in our backgrounds. A huge thankful to our interns, who made several trips to Lotus House Village and Miami Rescue Mission to share some of the donated presents. A drive-up distribution took place on December 24th, in the Overtown, Allapattah and Little Haiti Areas. 

During these times, our focus remains to provide support to the families in our community. Therefore, we collaborated with event planning company Party Gifts Solutions to sponsor five holiday dinners for five low-income households, as well as provide gifts for their children.
