Joseph Magazine, Miami Beach Commissioner 

Joseph Magazine is an elected Commissioner for the City of Miami Beach, where he resides with his 8 year old daughter Capri. He also serves as Chair of the City’s finance committee, overseeing a $1bn municipal budget.  In addition to his public service, Joseph has a 20+ year career in finance and investment banking, where he currently works for a private investment bank, Loop Capital, where the firm provides asset management and capital solutions for corporate, governmental and institutional entities across the globe.  As a single father raising a young daughter in Miami Beach, Joseph sees firsthand the impact of a strong community can make on individuals, and is proud to further that mission with Style Saves. Joseph likes to remain active and healthy, exercising, enjoying our outdoors, and playing Padel.

Kim Nolan, Director of Mentorship 

Kim Nolan is a seasoned public relations professional with a decade of experience crafting successful public relations and marketing campaigns, seamlessly integrating traditional and digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals. As the founder of KNPR, she specializes in media relations, influencer management, and partnership facilitation, offering a personalized approach to elevate brands. Nolan has dedicated the past eight years to volunteering with Style Saves, assisting with marketing efforts and operations for key events, notably the annual Back To School event. Currently serving as Director of Mentorship, Kim spearheaded the creation of the Mentorship Program in collaboration with Miami Dade Public Schools, providing invaluable resources to empower high school students. 

Isabella Dell’Oca, Executive Director of Lotus House Women’s Shelter 

Isabella Dell’Oca is the Executive DIrector of the Lotus House Women’s Shelter, the largest women's homeless shelter in the country. She began her career after graduation from Loyola University Chicago, where she got her degrees in Social Work and International Relations. Passionate about making a lasting impact on her community, she joined Style Saves as a volunteer in 2014. Shortly after, she joined the Lotus House team, holding multiple positions. She was very involved in the development of Lotus Village, home to Lotus House, designed as a mixed-use “village” combining state of the art shelter facilities and holistic, trauma-informed, supportive services to heal, nurture and uplift children and families experiencing homelessness. When the facility opened she oversaw all aspects of arts and activities, employment and education initiatives. Her leadership skills led to her promotion to Director and subsequently, Executive Director. Along with the team of 135+, who are widely recognized as the best in the field, thousands of lives have been transformed to date and will continue to be transformed for generations to come.

Jacer Collins, Brio Worklife Founder 

Born in Venezuela, raised in Chicago, Jacer is an Ivy league educated Fortune 100 HR Leader passionate about using technology and digital innovation to help people and organizations achieve their greatest potential.

As the founder of Brio Worklife, Jacer is dedicated to helping people navigate their career journey including job search, career advancement, and attaining a healthy work life. Brio Worklife is trusted by professionals working in Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit and government organizations, and startups.

Jacer currently lives in Miami and enjoys spending time with her family and newborn daughter. She is a past President of a local chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, a member of the American Jewish Committee - Access steering committee, on the advisory committee of BoricuActivated, and an active member of the Bass Museum of Art. In addition, Jacer adheres to healthy and mindful living practices that include yoga, meditation and mentoring youth.
