Rachael Russell Saiger

The founder of Style Saves, Rachael Russell Saiger’s career began in fashion, as a stylist in the styling department for Vogue before signing with FORD Models and Wilhelmina Models. She’s worked on several high-profiled brands, including Veuve Clicquot, Calvin Klein and Nike. In 2017, she became the fashion director of Miansai, a jewelry and lifestyle brand with a global audience. Since Rachael came on board, Miansai has
expanded its reach by creating collaboration programs with social media influencers
and increasing production lines, all while solidifying its foundation of incorporating sustainability, diversity and inclusion.

In addition to her nonprofit work with Style Saves, Rachael has been a peer educator with Planned Parenthood and a mentor at Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is also an advocate for sustainable fashion and living.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in marketing, Rachael also studied fashion merchandising at Miami International University of Art & Design and attending fashion styling courses at the prestigious Domus Academy in Milan, Italy.

Isabela Rangel Grutman

Vice president of Style Saves, Isabela Rangel Grutman is a model, entrepreneur and fashion designer. Discovered in her native Brazil at the age of 14, Isabela has traveled the world for her career and connected with communities of varying socioeconomic backgrounds in each global city. Her work in fashion inspired her to launch her own clothing brand, Rangel, a clothing line for mothers and children alike, made in Miami featuring 100% organic fabrics from Brazil. The sustainably conscious brand features organic fabrics.

Isabela is a proud supporter of female empowerment and equal rights for all humans.

Michael Saiger

Board member Michael Saiger is founder of the Miami-based fashion label Miansai, a brand he created while studying at the University of Miami. Miansai has grown into a renowned lifestyle and fashion success story, available online and around the world in 40 US states and 36 countries, including flagship retail stores in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami. In recent years, Michael has expanded Miansai’s partnerships with worldwide organizations, including a boutique onboard Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady. Michael has increased Style Saves’ operating functions by leveraging several of Miansai’s resources – including use of the brand’s factory to ship donations, work from Miansai’s art directors and photographers for events and fundraisers, plus the brand’s 3D designers for floor planning and Miansai’s COO to help with event logistics – to assist with the nonprofit’s performance.

Michael is also the founder of Laif.Works, a U.S.-based supplier of personal protective equipment that provides critical supplies to governments, global organizations and health care systems around the world.

David Grutman

An innovator in the field of hospitality, board member David Grutman is the founder of Groot Hospitality, an organization that has modernized entertainment venues. Known for creating immersive, experiential spaces, Groot is the creator of such Miami hotspots as Komodo, Swan, The Key Club, Papi Steak, Strawberry Moon, LIV at Fontainebleau and Story. He has helped reestablished Miami as a must-visit destination by reimagining dining, hospitality and nightlife through a lens of lavish design, in-demand talent, a frisson of celebrity, social media moments, and, most importantly, escapist fun. 

In addition to his hospitality career, David is the creative director of Prince Off Court, a lifestyle offshoot of the American tennis and athletics brand Prince. Grutman also teaches a guest class at Florida International University, a college known for its elite hospitality programming, and has guest lectured at the prestigious School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, the University of Miami and Harvard Business School.

Since joining Style Saves’ board, David has utilized his extensive network to help fundraise for the nonprofit. In addition, his background in event marketing and logistics has increased Style Saves’ reach and impact. David also donates use of his venues and staff for fundraising events.

Kimberly Nolan - Director of Mentorship

Kimberly Nolan is a seasoned public relations professional with a decade of experience crafting successful public relations and marketing campaigns, seamlessly integrating traditional and digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals. As the founder of KNPR, she specializes in media relations, influencer management, and partnership facilitation, offering a personalized approach to elevate brands. Nolan has dedicated the past eight years to volunteering with Style Saves, assisting with marketing efforts and operations for key events, notably the annual Back To School event. Currently serving as Director of Mentorship, Kim spearheaded the creation of the Mentorship Program in collaboration with Miami Dade Public Schools, providing invaluable resources to empower high school students.

Jacer Collins 

Born in Venezuela and raised in Chicago, board member Jacer Collins is an Ivy League-educated Fortune 100 HR leader who is passionate about using technology and digital innovation to help individuals and organizations achieve their greatest potential. She is a senior HR manager at PepsiCo, which is a proud sponsor of Style Saves, donating drinks and food products from its brand to our events. She is also the founder of career resource guide Brio Worklife, an organization that is dedicated to helping people navigate their career journey including job search, career advancement, and attaining a healthy work life. Brio Worklife is trusted by professionals working in Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit and government organizations, and startups.

Along with her nonprofit work at Style Saves, Jacer is a past president of a local chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, a member of the American Jewish Committee’s Access Steering Committee, on the advisory committee of BoricuActivated, and an active member of the Bass Museum of Art. Jacer has an MBA from Cornell University and two master’s degrees from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in HR management, and political science and civic leadership.
